Editorial Responsibility

Responsibility for the academic content and editorial direction of FSSS rests with the journal’s Editor-in-Chief and authorised editorial team.

Editors assess manuscripts on the basis of originality, methodological soundness, academic significance, research integrity, clarity of presentation, relevance to the journal’s scope, and compliance with applicable editorial and ethical requirements.

The publisher supports the journal’s operations but does not improperly influence decisions concerning the acceptance or rejection of individual manuscripts.

Editorial Independence

Payment of an Article Processing Charge does not guarantee publication. No payment is required before an editorial decision unless expressly stated in the journal’s published fee policy.
