APC Policy Schedule
As a non-profit, volunteer-led academic journal, GRHAS maintains a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) policy. These fees support digital infrastructure, peer review coordination, typesetting, DOI registration, and long-term archiving.
1. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Effective May 1, 2026, the APC for all standard research publishing articles is USD 450.

* IMPORTANT DOI POLICY: Articles in the fee-exempt category are published for academic exchange and may be published without a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), in accordance with the journal’s editorial policy.
2. Waiver Policy
Waivers are available for authors without institutional support or from low-income economies. Requests must be submitted at the time of submission.

3. Payment Logistics
- Fees are charged only upon final acceptance of the manuscript.
- Supported payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, or International Bank Transfer.
- Multimedia: Up to five figures/tables are included. Complex datasets or high-resolution artistic galleries may incur additional production fees.
4. Transitional Rule
Manuscripts submitted before May 1, 2026 will follow the APC policy in effect on the date of submission.
