APC Policy Schedule
The standard article processing charge (APC) for GRHAS is USD 450 per accepted article. It is payable after acceptance. The charge supports preparation of publication files, publication metadata, online hosting and open-access delivery.
When the APC is payable
The editorial office provides the invoice and payment instructions after the manuscript has received an acceptance decision. Quote the submission identifier in all correspondence about the fee. Authors should arrange institutional or grant funding early and tell the office about billing references required by the payer.
Acceptance and peer review are based on scholarly quality, relevance and integrity. Fee administration and requests for financial support are handled separately from editorial assessment.
Billing information
The corresponding author coordinates the billing name, payer details and any purchase-order or grant reference needed for the invoice. Check that the invoice identifies the accepted manuscript and reflects the published standard APC and any confirmed waiver.
If the invoice differs from the published fee or the written support decision, ask the editorial office to reconcile the amount before payment. An institutional payment process should be discussed with the office when it affects invoicing or production arrangements.
Waivers and financial support
Authors without sufficient publication funding may request a full or partial waiver at submission. The Waiver Policy explains the information to supply and how support is confirmed. The amount payable for a supported manuscript is stated in the written decision.
