Access to the publication record

HNCBT uses Open Journal Systems to manage submissions and present its public publication record. Published issues will be accessible through Archives. Access through the journal website is distinct from independent long-term preservation.

Current preservation status

Participation in an external preservation service has not yet been confirmed for this journal. HNCBT therefore does not currently claim preservation through the PKP Preservation Network, LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, Portico or another named service. A service will be listed here only after the journal’s participation and preservation arrangements have been verified.

Continuity and version integrity

The journal’s preservation policy requires the publication record to retain the final article files, associated metadata and supplementary materials, together with any correction, expression of concern or retraction notice. Changes to published findings must be documented rather than implemented through unmarked replacement. Article identifiers and links should remain associated with the relevant version.

If hosting or publishing arrangements change, the Editorial Office should communicate the transition and coordinate continued access to published records. Any transfer to an archive or successor host must preserve article attribution, licensing information and the links between articles and editorial notices.

Author deposits and research outputs

Authors may deposit their articles in institutional or subject repositories under the licensing policy. Supporting datasets, code and protocols should be deposited in suitable research repositories with persistent identifiers and access terms appropriate to the materials. These deposits strengthen continuity but do not replace the journal’s responsibility to establish independent article preservation. Enquiries can be sent through the Contact page.
