Manuscripts may be considered outside the journal’s scope if they lack relevance to political economy, public administration, economics, management, governance, public policy, or related social science fields. Submissions that are purely descriptive, insufficiently analytical, methodologically weak, or disconnected from scholarly debate may be declined at the initial editorial screening stage.
