Article Types | 稿件类型- Original Research Articles: 6,000–10,000 words
- Theoretical Essays: 4,000–8,000 words
- Review Essays: 3,000–6,000 words
- Forum Contributions: 2,000–5,000 words
- Book Reviews: 1,000–3,000 words
- Review Articles: 5,000–9,000 words
- Policy and Institutional Analysis: 4,000–8,000 words
- Special Issue Articles: according to the relevant article type
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Manuscripts should be submitted in an editable Word format, preferably .doc or .docx.
- Research articles should normally include an abstract of approximately 150–250 words and 4–6 keywords.
- References, notes, tables, figures, and appendices should be complete and clearly labelled.
- Authors should provide funding, conflict of interest, ethics, data availability, and AI-use statements where applicable.
投稿稿件须为原创、未发表且未一稿多投。稿件建议使用可编辑 Word 文件，并包含摘要、关键词、正文、注释、参考文献及必要的表格、图示、附录和相关声明。
Peer Review | 同行评审Research articles, theoretical essays, review articles, policy and institutional analyses, and special issue articles are normally subject to double-blind peer review. Forum contributions, book reviews, invited pieces, and shorter texts may be assessed through editorial review, peer review, or a mixed process, depending on the nature of the submission.
研究论文、理论论文、综述论文、政策与制度分析及专题论文通常采用双盲同行评审。论坛文章、书评、约稿或短文可根据稿件性质采用编辑评审、同行评审或混合评审流程。
