Manuscripts should preferably be submitted in Microsoft Word format. Other editable document formats may be considered where appropriate. The principal manuscript file should remain editable to facilitate editorial assessment, revision, copyediting, and publication production.

稿件建议使用 Microsoft Word 格式提交。根据实际情况，也可考虑其他可编辑的文档格式。主文稿应保持可编辑状态，以便开展编辑审查、稿件修订、文字编辑及出版制作。

General Formatting / 基本排版格式

Manuscripts should follow a readable, professional, and internally consistent presentation style. Authors should avoid unnecessary decorative elements, excessive manual formatting, complex page layouts, or visual effects that interfere with scholarly reading and editorial processing.

稿件应采用易于阅读、专业且前后一致的排版方式。作者应避免不必要的装饰性元素、过度手动排版、复杂页面布局，以及妨碍学术阅读和编辑处理的视觉效果。

Title Page / 标题页

The title page should provide complete and accurate information about the manuscript and its authors. Where double-anonymous peer review applies, the title page must be submitted separately from the anonymized main manuscript. Identifying information should remain available to the editorial office without being included in the files supplied to anonymous reviewers.

标题页应完整、准确地提供稿件及作者信息。对于适用双匿名同行评审的稿件，标题页须与匿名主文稿分别提交。作者身份信息应提供给编辑部，但不得包含在提交给匿名审稿人的文件中。

Anonymous Manuscript File / 匿名送审稿件

Where double-anonymous peer review is required, the main manuscript should be prepared so that reviewers cannot readily identify the authors through explicit identifying information. Authors should check both visible manuscript content and embedded document properties before submission.

对于要求双匿名同行评审的稿件，主文稿应进行匿名处理，避免审稿人通过明确的身份信息直接识别作者。作者在提交前应检查正文内容及文件内嵌属性。

Anonymization should not compromise research integrity. Authors must still provide the editorial office with necessary ethics approvals, funding disclosures, data access information, and other relevant documentation. Identifying documents may be supplied separately where appropriate.

匿名处理不得损害研究诚信。作者仍须向编辑部提供必要的伦理审批、基金披露、数据访问说明及其他相关证明材料。涉及身份的信息可在适当情况下通过单独文件提交。

Manuscript Structure / 稿件结构

Research-oriented manuscripts should normally include the elements listed below. The organization of the main text may vary according to the research question, disciplinary tradition, and methodological approach.

研究类稿件通常应包含以下要素。正文的具体组织结构可根据研究问题、学科传统及研究方法进行适当调整。

Theoretical Essays, Forum Contributions, Review Essays, and Book Reviews may adopt a more flexible structure where appropriate to their scholarly purpose. A conventional empirical research structure is not required for every manuscript type. Nevertheless, submissions should present a coherent argument, sufficient scholarly support, and an identifiable contribution.

理论论文、论坛文章、综述与专题评论及书评，可根据各自的学术目的采用相对灵活的结构。本刊不要求所有文章均采用传统经验研究的章节形式，但稿件仍应具有连贯的论证、充分的学术依据及明确的学术贡献。

Title / 稿件题名

The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the manuscript's main subject, theoretical problem, research question, or central argument. Authors should select terminology that communicates the scholarly focus without making claims broader than those supported by the manuscript.

题名应简明、准确且具有信息价值，能够反映稿件的主要研究对象、理论问题、研究问题或核心论点。作者应选择能够清楚表达学术重点的术语，避免题名所宣称的范围超出稿件实际能够支持的内容。

Overly broad, ambiguous, sensational, or promotional titles should be avoided. A subtitle may be used where it helps specify the analytical perspective, historical period, research setting, or theoretical contribution.

应避免使用过于宽泛、含义模糊、夸张或宣传化的题名。在有助于明确研究视角、历史时期、研究情境或理论贡献时，可以使用副标题。

Abstract / 摘要

Research articles should normally include an English-language abstract of approximately 150–250 words where an English abstract is provided, with a maximum of 300 English words under the research-category requirement. The abstract should identify the research question or problem, principal argument, method or analytical approach, major findings where applicable, and scholarly contribution.

研究论文在提供英文摘要时，通常建议采用约 150–250 词的篇幅；研究类稿件英文摘要的最高上限为 300 词。摘要应说明研究问题、核心论点、研究方法或分析路径，并根据研究性质概述主要发现及学术贡献。

Abstracts should normally be presented as a single coherent paragraph and should avoid unnecessary citations, footnotes, tables, figures, undefined abbreviations, or claims not supported by the manuscript. The abstract should describe the research accurately without overstating its findings.

摘要通常应写成完整连贯的段落，避免包含不必要的文献引用、脚注、表格、图片、未经解释的缩略语，或正文无法支持的结论。摘要应准确概括研究，不应夸大研究发现。

The abstract entered in the journal's submission system should correspond to the abstract in the manuscript. Authors preparing Chinese-language manuscripts should follow the journal's bilingual metadata recommendations.

本期刊投稿系统中填写的摘要应与稿件中的摘要保持一致。中文稿件应参照本刊双语元数据政策，准备适当的摘要信息。

Keywords / 关键词

Research-oriented manuscripts should normally provide 4–6 keywords that accurately represent the main subject, relevant political or philosophical concepts, theoretical frameworks, historical contexts, or methodological approaches.

研究类稿件通常应提供 4–6 个关键词，准确反映文章的主要主题、相关政治或哲学概念、理论框架、历史语境或研究方法。

Keywords should be specific enough to support indexing, searching, and academic discovery. Authors should avoid unnecessarily broad expressions, repeated terms, or keywords unrelated to the manuscript's substantive content.

关键词应具有适当的具体性，以支持数据库检索、文献发现及学术传播。作者应避免使用过于宽泛、重复或与稿件实质内容无关的关键词。

Where bilingual keywords are supplied, corresponding terms should be translated consistently and should reflect the established terminology of the relevant scholarly field.

对于同时提供中英文关键词的稿件，应保持术语翻译的一致性，并尽可能采用相关学术领域已经确立的规范表达。

Headings and Subheadings / 标题层级

Headings and subheadings should reflect the logical structure of the argument and remain consistent throughout the manuscript. Authors should use only as many heading levels as are necessary to organize the discussion clearly.

标题与小标题应反映文章论证的逻辑结构，并在全文中保持统一。作者应根据实际需要设置适当的标题层级，避免不必要的层级堆叠。

Notes / 注释

Notes may be used to provide supplementary explanations, historical clarifications, methodological details, or source information that cannot be conveniently incorporated into the main text. They should support the argument rather than substitute for its essential reasoning.

注释可用于补充正文中不便展开的解释、历史背景、方法细节或资料来源信息。注释应辅助正文论证，而不应替代文章必需的核心推理。

Footnotes are generally preferred over endnotes unless otherwise required. Authors should avoid excessive explanatory notes and should distinguish supplementary notes from the author–date references required by the journal's citation format.

除非另有要求，通常建议使用脚注而非尾注。作者应避免过度使用解释性注释，并注意区分补充性注释与本刊作者—日期制要求的文献引用。

References / 参考文献

Contemporary Review of Political Thought requires the PSG Author–Date Citation Format, the official citation standard of Panorama Scholarly Group. Authors must apply this format consistently to in-text citations and reference entries.

《当代政治思想评论》要求采用 PSG 作者—日期引用格式（PSG Author–Date Citation Format），即 Panorama Scholarly Group 的官方引文规范。作者须在正文引用及参考文献表中统一使用该格式。

All sources cited in the manuscript or its notes must be included in the reference list. Every reference-list entry should correspond to a source actually cited in the manuscript. Bibliographic records should be checked against reliable source information rather than generated or inferred from incomplete details.

稿件正文或注释中引用的所有资料均应列入参考文献表，参考文献表中的每一条目亦应与稿件实际引用相对应。书目信息应根据可靠的原始资料核查，不得依据不完整信息自行编造或推断。

Authors should verify author names, publication years, titles, journal names, volume and issue numbers, page ranges, article identifiers, DOI links, URLs, and multilingual bibliographic information. DOI links should be presented in the normalized format specified by PSG Format.

作者应核对作者姓名、出版年份、文献题名、期刊名称、卷期号、页码范围、文章编号、DOI 链接、网址及多语言书目信息。DOI 链接应按照 PSG Format 的要求进行标准化。

Tables and Figures / 表格与图片

Tables and figures should be clearly presented, numbered consecutively within their respective categories, and referred to in the manuscript text. Each table or figure should include an informative title or caption and, where appropriate, explanatory notes and source information.

表格与图片应清晰呈现，并分别连续编号，且须在正文中明确提及。每个表格或图片应附有具有信息价值的标题或说明，并在适当情况下提供补充注释及资料来源。

Quotations / 引文

Short quotations should normally be incorporated into the main text with appropriate quotation marks and source citations. Longer quotations should be distinguished using a block quotation format where appropriate to the manuscript's language and presentation style.

短引文通常应融入正文，并使用适当的引号和资料来源标注。较长引文可根据稿件语言及排版方式采用独立引文段，以便与作者自己的论述明确区分。

Authors must ensure that quotations accurately reproduce the source text. Omissions, editorial additions, translations, or other interventions should be identified where they materially affect the meaning of the quoted passage. Specific page numbers or other appropriate locators should be included where available.

作者须确保引文准确反映原始文本。对于可能实质影响引文含义的删节、编辑性补充、翻译或其他处理，应作出适当说明。在能够获得相关信息的情况下，应注明具体页码或其他适当的文献定位信息。

Translations of quoted passages should be attributed appropriately, distinguishing published translations from translations prepared by the manuscript's authors.

引文译文应适当注明来源，并区分已有出版译本与论文作者自行翻译的内容。

Chinese-Language Manuscripts / 中文稿件

Chinese-language manuscripts should use clear, standard academic Chinese and maintain consistency in terminology, punctuation, quotations, heading structures, and bibliographic presentation. Technical concepts and names should be translated carefully and used consistently throughout the manuscript.

中文稿件应使用清晰、规范的学术中文，并在术语、标点、引文、标题结构及参考文献呈现方面保持一致。专业概念与专有名称应准确翻译，并在全文中统一使用。

Authors are encouraged to provide English titles, abstracts, and keywords to facilitate international indexing, academic discovery, and cross-language communication. English metadata should accurately reflect the content of the Chinese manuscript rather than introduce additional claims or altered interpretations.

本刊建议中文稿件提供英文题名、英文摘要及英文关键词，以促进国际数据库检索、学术发现及跨语言交流。英文元数据应准确对应中文稿件内容，不应加入正文没有提出的额外主张或改变原有解释。

References to Chinese-language sources should follow PSG Format, preserving the original-language bibliographic information and providing the required transliteration or English translation where applicable.

中文文献的引用与书目编排应遵守 PSG Format，保留必要的原文信息，并根据适用规则提供拼音转写或英文译名。

English-Language Manuscripts / 英文稿件

English-language manuscripts should be written in clear, accurate, and professionally appropriate academic English. Authors should ensure that the language adequately communicates the argument, research methods, sources, and findings to editors, reviewers, and readers.

英文稿件应使用清晰、准确且符合专业学术规范的英语。作者应确保语言表达能够充分传达研究论点、研究方法、资料来源及研究发现，便于编辑、审稿人与读者理解。

Authors may seek professional language editing or proofreading where necessary. Such assistance should preserve the scholarly meaning of the manuscript and should not introduce unsupported claims, fabricated references, or changes that misrepresent the author's intended argument.

如有需要，作者可寻求专业语言润色或校对服务。相关协助应保留稿件原有的学术含义，不得引入缺乏依据的主张、虚构参考文献，或以不符合作者原意的方式修改论证。

Substantive use of AI-assisted language tools should be disclosed in accordance with the journal's AI and research integrity requirements. Authors remain responsible for all submitted content.

对人工智能语言工具的实质性使用，应按照本刊人工智能与研究诚信政策进行披露。作者仍须对所有提交内容承担责任。

Ethical and Publication Statements / 伦理与出版声明

Authors should provide the declarations applicable to the nature of their research and manuscript. These may be included in a designated declarations section, a separate submission file, or the appropriate submission fields. For double-anonymous review, identifying declarations should be kept separate from the anonymized manuscript where necessary.

作者应根据研究及稿件性质提供适用的声明。这些声明可置于稿件专门的声明部分、单独的投稿文件或投稿系统的相关字段。对于双匿名送审稿件，必要时应将可能暴露作者身份的声明与匿名主文稿分离。

For studies involving human participants, personal information, interviews, sensitive records, or confidential institutional materials, authors should describe the applicable ethics and data protection safeguards. Where a declaration does not apply, "Not applicable" may be used when appropriate.

Ethical and publication statements must reflect the actual circumstances of the research. Authors should not claim ethical approval, consent, data availability, or funding arrangements that cannot be substantiated.

Before Submission / 投稿前检查

Before submitting a manuscript, authors should review the following checklist and ensure that all requirements applicable to their manuscript category have been satisfied.
