Forum is a special section of Contemporary Review of Political Thought. This section provides a space for focused academic dialogue, theoretical debate, critical reflection, and timely discussion on significant issues in political thought, political philosophy, intellectual history, Marxist theory, education, governance, and modern public life.

“理论论坛”是《当代政治思想评论》的特别栏目。本栏目旨在为政治思想、政治哲学、智识史、马克思主义理论、教育、治理与现代公共生活中的重要问题提供集中讨论、理论争鸣、批判反思与及时回应的学术空间。

Unlike standard research articles, forum contributions may be shorter, more argumentative, and more directly engaged with emerging debates, recent publications, public controversies, or unresolved theoretical questions. However, all submissions must still meet the journal’s standards of academic rigor, conceptual clarity, evidence-based reasoning, and respectful scholarly exchange.

与标准研究论文不同，论坛文章可以篇幅较短，论证性更强，也可以更直接回应新近学术争论、重要出版物、公共议题或尚未充分解决的理论问题。但所有来稿仍须符合本刊关于学术严谨性、概念清晰性、证据支撑与理性学术讨论的基本要求。

Forum submissions should present a clear argument, a focused question, and a defined contribution to an ongoing scholarly discussion. Authors are encouraged to write in a concise, direct, and analytically sharp manner.

论坛来稿应提出明确论点、聚焦具体问题，并对相关学术讨论形成清晰贡献。作者应尽量采用简明、直接、分析性强的写作方式。

Forum articles may be shorter than standard research articles, but they should not be informal opinion pieces. They should engage relevant literature, define key concepts carefully, and provide sufficient reasoning or evidence to support their claims.

论坛文章可以短于标准研究论文，但不应写成一般性随笔或非学术意见表达。稿件应回应相关文献，准确界定核心概念，并以充分论证或证据支撑其主要观点。

Editorial Expectations｜编辑要求

Manuscripts submitted to this section should demonstrate theoretical relevance, argumentative clarity, and constructive engagement with existing scholarship. The journal welcomes disagreement and debate, but submissions must maintain a respectful academic tone and avoid polemical, defamatory, or purely ideological writing.

投稿至本栏目的稿件应体现理论相关性、论证清晰性，并与既有研究形成建设性对话。本刊欢迎不同观点之间的讨论与争鸣，但稿件必须保持理性、尊重和学术化的表达方式，避免论战式、诋毁性或单纯意识形态化的写作。

The Forum section is intended to encourage serious intellectual exchange. It provides space for scholars to test arguments, respond to debates, clarify theoretical positions, and open new lines of inquiry within political thought and related fields.
