Submitted manuscripts must be original, must not have been previously published as the same scholarly work, and must not be under concurrent consideration by another journal, book series, conference proceedings publisher, or other publication venue. Authors should disclose relevant prior dissemination, overlapping publications, or closely related manuscripts in accordance with the journal's publication ethics requirements.

投稿稿件必须具有原创性，不得以相同学术成果重复发表，也不得在本刊审查期间同时接受其他期刊、书系、会议论文集出版机构或其他出版渠道的审稿。对于相关的先前传播、已发表的重叠成果或内容密切相关的其他稿件，作者应按照本刊出版伦理要求如实披露。

All authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their submissions, appropriate attribution of sources, compliance with copyright and permissions requirements, and adherence to applicable ethical and research integrity standards.

所有作者均应对稿件的准确性与完整性负责，正确注明资料与研究成果的来源，遵守版权及授权要求，并符合适用的学术伦理与研究诚信规范。

Language / 投稿语言

CRoPT accepts manuscripts written in English or Chinese. English serves as the primary language for the journal's international presentation, while Chinese supports scholarly participation and communication among Chinese-speaking authors and readers.

CRoPT 接受英文或中文撰写的学术稿件。英文是本刊国际化展示的主要语言，中文则用于支持中文作者与读者的学术交流及参与。

Manuscript Types / 稿件类型

The journal accepts the following scholarly manuscript categories. Authors should select the category that best reflects the purpose, structure, methodological approach, and academic contribution of their work.

本刊接受以下学术稿件类型。作者应根据研究目的、文章结构、研究方法及学术贡献，选择最符合稿件性质的类别。

Manuscript Length / 稿件篇幅

The following recommended word ranges apply to English-language submissions. Chinese-language manuscripts may follow corresponding lengths appropriate to their scholarly content and form.

以下为英文稿件的建议词数范围。中文稿件可根据研究内容与学术文体，参照相应篇幅要求。

These ranges are recommendations rather than automatic acceptance or rejection thresholds. The editorial office may consider manuscripts outside the suggested lengths when justified by their scholarly purpose, evidence, or analytical requirements.

上述篇幅为建议范围，并非自动录用或退稿的绝对标准。对于因学术目的、证据材料或分析需要而确有合理理由超出建议篇幅的稿件，编辑部可酌情考虑。

Manuscript Structure / 稿件结构

Research-oriented manuscripts should normally contain the elements listed below. Authors may adapt the organization of the main text to the manuscript's theoretical, historical, philosophical, empirical, or interdisciplinary approach.

研究类稿件通常应包含以下要素。作者可根据理论研究、历史研究、哲学研究、经验研究或跨学科研究的特点，合理调整正文的组织结构。

Abstract and Keywords / 摘要与关键词

Abstract requirements vary by manuscript category. Authors should follow the applicable category-specific requirement rather than assume that a single word limit applies to every submission.

不同稿件类别适用不同的摘要要求。作者应遵循相应类别的专项规定，而不应将统一的词数上限直接适用于全部稿件。

Abstracts should be concise, accurate, and informative, normally identifying the research question or subject, analytical approach, principal argument or findings, and scholarly contribution as appropriate to the manuscript type. Research manuscripts should normally provide 4–6 relevant keywords.

摘要应简明、准确且具有信息价值，并根据稿件类型适当说明研究问题或讨论对象、分析路径、核心论点或主要发现，以及学术贡献。研究类稿件通常建议提供 4–6 个相关关键词。

The title, abstract, and keywords entered into the journal's submission system must correspond to the information supplied in the manuscript. Where an abstract is not required for a particular article category, authors should follow the applicable submission instructions.

本期刊投稿系统中填写的题名、摘要与关键词应与稿件提供的信息一致。对于不强制要求摘要的稿件类别，作者应遵守该类别适用的具体投稿说明。

Formatting / 格式要求

Manuscripts should be prepared in an editable, clearly structured, and consistently formatted document. Authors are encouraged to prioritize readability, accurate source presentation, and a logical organization suited to their disciplinary approach.

稿件应采用可编辑、结构清晰且格式统一的文档形式。作者应重视可读性、资料呈现的准确性，并根据所属学科与研究方法合理安排文章结构。

References and Citation Style / 参考文献与引用格式

CRoPT requires authors to use the PSG Author–Date Citation Format, the official citation format of Panorama Scholarly Group. This author–date system is designed for scholarship in the humanities and social sciences and provides specific guidance on multilingual references, persistent identifiers, datasets, software, artificial intelligence tools, and bibliographic integrity.

CRoPT 要求作者采用 PSG 作者—日期引用格式（PSG Author–Date Citation Format），即 Panorama Scholarly Group 的官方引用规范。该格式采用作者—日期制，面向人文社会科学研究，并对多语言文献、永久标识符、数据集、软件、人工智能工具及书目信息完整性提供专门说明。

Every work cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list, and each entry in the reference list should correspond to a source cited in the manuscript. Authors must check author names, publication years, titles, editions, volume and issue numbers, page ranges, DOI links, URLs, and source information in the original language.

正文引用的所有文献均应列入参考文献表，参考文献表中的每一条目也应与正文实际引用相对应。作者须核对作者姓名、出版年份、文献题名、版本、卷期号、页码范围、DOI 链接、网址及原文书目信息。

Originality and Plagiarism / 原创性与抄袭

All submissions must be original and properly acknowledge the intellectual contributions and materials of others. Plagiarism, duplicate publication, inappropriate text recycling, fabricated or falsified data, manipulated evidence, misleading citation practices, and other forms of research misconduct are unacceptable.

所有来稿均须具有原创性，并正确注明他人的知识贡献及资料来源。本刊不接受抄袭、重复发表、不当文本重复、伪造或篡改数据、操纵证据、误导性引用及其他形式的学术不端行为。

The editorial office may use similarity-screening tools, reference verification, or other appropriate methods to assess manuscript originality and research integrity. Authors may be asked to clarify overlapping material, provide supporting records, or correct identified problems.

编辑部可采用文本相似性检测、参考文献核查或其他适当方法评估稿件原创性与研究诚信。对于存在内容重叠或其他疑问的稿件，编辑部可要求作者作出解释、提供相关证明资料或修正已发现的问题。

Peer Review / 同行评审

All submissions undergo initial editorial screening. Manuscripts that meet the journal's basic scholarly, ethical, and submission requirements may proceed to the review process applicable to their article category. The journal normally applies double-anonymous peer review to Original Research Articles, Theoretical Essays, Review Articles, Policy and Institutional Analysis articles, and research-oriented Special Issue Articles.

所有来稿均须接受编辑部初审。符合本刊基本学术、伦理及投稿要求的稿件，可进入相应文章类别适用的评审程序。本刊通常对原创研究论文、理论论文、综述论文、政策与制度分析文章及研究性质的专题论文实行双匿名同行评审。

Review Essays are normally subject to scholarly review as appropriate to their content. Forum Contributions, Book Reviews, and other shorter or invited contributions may receive editorial review, external peer review, or a combination of both, depending on the manuscript's nature and scholarly purpose.

综述与专题评论通常根据其学术内容接受适当的学术评审。论坛文章、书评及其他较短篇幅或约稿类稿件，可根据稿件性质与学术目的接受编辑评审、外部同行评审或两者结合的评审程序。

Final decisions are made by the responsible editor or editorial office on the basis of scholarly merit, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, ethical compliance, and the applicable assessment results. For further information, see the Peer Review Policy.

Ethical Statements / 伦理与研究声明

Authors must provide the ethical and research integrity statements applicable to their work. Depending on the nature of the submission, these may concern funding, financial and non-financial conflicts of interest, ethical approval or exemption, informed consent, data and materials availability, and individual author contributions.

作者须根据研究性质提供适用的伦理及研究诚信声明。相关内容可包括基金资助、财务与非财务利益冲突、伦理审批或豁免、知情同意、数据与研究材料可用性，以及作者个人贡献等。

Authors should explain any restrictions on access to the data or materials supporting their research. Such restrictions may arise from privacy, confidentiality, consent, legal, or institutional requirements. Restricted information must not be disclosed merely to satisfy a general expectation of data availability.

作者应说明支持其研究的数据或材料是否存在访问限制。相关限制可能源于隐私、保密、知情同意、法律或机构要求。不得仅为满足一般性数据公开要求而披露受限制的信息。

Where a particular declaration does not apply, authors may indicate "Not applicable" as appropriate. Statements should accurately reflect the circumstances of the research rather than be omitted or completed using inaccurate standard wording.

对于确实不适用的声明项目，作者可根据实际情况注明“Not applicable（不适用）”。各项声明应准确反映研究的真实情况，不应随意省略或使用与实际研究不符的固定表述。

Use of Artificial Intelligence / 人工智能工具的使用

Authors must disclose substantive use of artificial intelligence tools in preparing their manuscripts, including generative text, translation, data analysis, coding, image generation, or language editing where such use materially affects the scholarly content or presentation.

作者须披露在稿件准备过程中对人工智能工具的实质性使用，包括生成文本、翻译、数据分析、编程、图像生成，以及对学术内容或表达产生实质影响的语言编辑等。

Authors should identify the nature and purpose of substantive AI assistance and ensure that generated material, citations, interpretations, data analyses, and representations of evidence have been appropriately checked. AI tools cannot be designated as authors because they cannot assume authorship responsibilities.

作者应说明实质性人工智能辅助的性质与目的，并对生成内容、引文、解释、数据分析及证据呈现进行适当核查。人工智能工具无法承担作者责任，因此不得被列为稿件作者。

Submission Process / 投稿流程

Authors should submit manuscripts through the journal's designated online submission system. Before submission, authors should confirm that the manuscript is complete, properly formatted, anonymized where required, and accompanied by all applicable declarations, author information, and supporting files.

作者应通过本期刊指定的在线投稿系统提交稿件。正式投稿前，应确认稿件内容完整、格式规范，并根据适用的评审要求完成匿名处理，同时准备必要的声明、作者信息及补充文件。

Authors should select the appropriate manuscript category, supply accurate submission metadata, and ensure that the submitted title, abstract, keywords, and author information correspond to the relevant manuscript files. Incomplete or inconsistent submissions may be returned for correction before editorial assessment.

作者应选择适当的稿件类别，填写准确的投稿元数据，并确保提交的标题、摘要、关键词及作者信息与相关稿件文件相对应。对于材料缺失或信息不一致的投稿，编辑部可在进入编辑评估前退回作者补充或修正。

Editorial Rights / 编辑权利与责任

The editorial office reserves the right to decline submissions that fall outside the journal's aims and scope, do not satisfy basic scholarly or ethical standards, lack sufficient originality, or fail to comply with applicable submission requirements. An initial editorial rejection may be issued without external peer review where justified.

对于不符合本刊宗旨与研究范围、未达到基本学术或伦理标准、原创性不足，或未遵守适用投稿要求的稿件，编辑部保留作出退稿决定的权利。在具有合理依据的情况下，编辑部可不经外部同行评审直接作出初审退稿决定。

For accepted manuscripts, the editorial office may make minor editorial adjustments intended to improve clarity, language consistency, formatting, bibliographic accuracy, metadata consistency, and production quality. Such changes should preserve the scholarly meaning of the authors' arguments and the integrity of the research record.

对于已录用稿件，编辑部可进行必要的轻微编辑调整，以改善文字清晰度、语言一致性、排版格式、书目信息准确性、元数据一致性及出版制作质量。相关调整应保留作者学术论证的原有含义，并维护研究记录的完整性。
