Authors retain copyright in their articles published in CRoPT. Publication in the journal does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the author's copyright to the journal or Panorama Scholarly Group.

作者保留其在 CRoPT 发表文章的版权。文章在本刊正式发表，并不意味着作者将其版权所有权转让给本刊或 Panorama Scholarly Group。

As part of the publication arrangement, authors authorize the journal and publisher to prepare and publish the article as the version of record, distribute and make it publicly accessible, include it in journal issues, manage and disseminate its metadata, support indexing and discovery, and undertake appropriate archiving and preservation activities.

根据本刊的出版安排，作者授权期刊及出版商将文章制作并发表为正式出版版本，进行传播和公众开放访问，将其编入期刊期次，管理与传播文章元数据，支持索引和检索，并开展适当的存档与长期保存工作。

License / 许可协议

Unless otherwise stated in the published article's rights information, CRoPT articles are licensed under CC BY 4.0. This license permits copying, redistribution, translation, adaptation, transformation, and the creation of derivative works in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, subject to compliance with the license conditions.

除已发表文章的权利信息另有说明外，CRoPT 文章采用 CC BY 4.0 许可协议。该协议允许使用者在任何媒介或格式中复制、再分发、翻译、改编、转换和创作衍生作品，包括商业用途，但使用者须遵守相应许可条件。

Users do not need to seek separate permission from the journal for uses already authorized by CC BY 4.0. The license does not override third-party copyright, privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other rights that may apply independently to particular material or uses.

Author Rights / 作者权利

Authors retain the right to use, reproduce, distribute, translate, adapt, archive, and otherwise disseminate their published scholarly articles, subject to applicable third-party rights and other legal obligations. When distributing published articles or subsequent versions, authors should identify the original publication in CRoPT accurately.

作者保留使用、复制、传播、翻译、改编、存档及以其他方式传播其已发表学术文章的权利，但仍须遵守适用的第三方权利及其他法律义务。传播已发表文章或其后续版本时，应准确注明作品最初发表于 CRoPT。

Authors may share the published version of record through institutional repositories, disciplinary repositories, personal academic websites, scholarly networks, and other suitable platforms without a journal-imposed embargo. The journal also permits dissemination of submitted and accepted manuscript versions, provided their status is identified accurately and applicable obligations are respected.

作者可在本刊不设置禁运期的情况下，通过机构知识库、学科知识库、个人学术网站、学术网络及其他适当平台传播正式出版版本。本刊亦允许传播投稿版本与录用版本，但须准确标明其版本状态，并遵守适用的相关义务。

Authors are encouraged to make their work discoverable and accessible while preserving accurate bibliographic information, the applicable license statement, and any separate rights notices associated with third-party material.

Journal and Publisher Rights / 期刊与出版商权利

CRoPT and its publisher, Panorama Scholarly Group, are authorized to publish accepted articles as the official version of record, provide online open access, incorporate articles into journal issues, create and disseminate bibliographic metadata, support discovery and indexing, and arrange appropriate preservation or repository deposits.

CRoPT 及其出版商 Panorama Scholarly Group 获得授权，可将已录用文章作为正式出版版本发表，提供在线开放获取，将文章编入期刊期次，制作及传播书目元数据，支持文献发现与索引，并安排适当的数字保存或知识库存储。

The journal may undertake reasonable copyediting, formatting, reference correction, metadata preparation, and production adjustments to improve publication accuracy, consistency, readability, and technical compatibility. Changes that materially affect the scholarly argument, findings, authorship, or intellectual meaning should be referred to the authors and handled through the appropriate editorial process.

Reuse by Readers and Third Parties / 读者与第三方再使用

Readers, educators, researchers, libraries, publishers, and other users may reuse materials covered by an article's CC BY 4.0 license for lawful purposes, including redistribution, translation, educational use, commercial reuse, and adaptation. Compliance with the license conditions is required, but separate journal permission is not ordinarily needed for uses already authorized by the license.

读者、教育工作者、研究人员、图书馆、出版机构及其他使用者，可以在合法目的下再使用文章中受 CC BY 4.0 许可覆盖的材料，包括再分发、翻译、教学使用、商业再利用及改编。使用者须遵守许可条件，但对于协议已经授权的用途，通常无须另行取得期刊许可。

Attribution should be appropriate to the medium and use. As a matter of scholarly practice, it should identify the author, article title, journal, publication year, and DOI or permanent article link where available. Users must also retain applicable copyright and license information, provide a link to CC BY 4.0, and indicate modifications as required by the license.

The applicable Creative Commons license governs copyright permissions for covered material. Users must independently consider third-party rights, privacy, confidentiality, defamation law, and other legal or ethical obligations relevant to their intended use.

Third-Party Materials / 第三方材料

Authors are responsible for identifying material created or owned by third parties and establishing a lawful basis for its inclusion in a submitted article. Such material may include photographs, illustrations, maps, tables, figures, archival documents, historical images, substantial quotations, datasets, translations, and other copyrighted content.

作者有责任识别稿件中由第三方创作或享有相关权利的材料，并确认将其纳入文章的合法依据。相关材料可能包括照片、插图、地图、表格、图示、档案文献、历史图像、大段引文、数据集、译文及其他受版权保护的内容。

Where the intended use requires permission, authors must obtain the necessary authorization and comply with its conditions. Materials already available under a suitable open license may be used according to that license. Public-domain materials and uses permitted by applicable copyright exceptions or limitations do not necessarily require additional permission, although accurate source attribution remains important.

如有关用途需要取得许可，作者须获得必要授权并遵守相关条件。已经依据适当开放许可发布的材料，可按照其原有许可使用。属于公有领域的材料，以及依法适用版权例外或限制的使用情形，不一定需要额外授权，但仍应重视准确注明资料来源。

A CC BY 4.0 license attached to the article does not automatically relicense separately protected third-party materials. Subsequent users should review individual captions, credit lines, and rights statements before reusing such content.

Copyright permission should also be distinguished from authorization to disclose identifiable personal information or confidential research material. Privacy and research ethics obligations must be satisfied independently where relevant.

Translations, Adaptations, and Derivative Works / 翻译、改编与衍生作品

CC BY 4.0 permits translation, adaptation, transformation, and the creation and distribution of derivative works based on licensed material, including for commercial purposes. Users must comply with the attribution and change-indication requirements and must not imply endorsement by the original author, journal, or publisher.

CC BY 4.0 允许对受许可材料进行翻译、改编、转换，以及创作和传播衍生作品，包括商业用途。使用者须遵守署名与修改说明要求，并不得暗示原作者、期刊或出版商认可相关作品。

Translated or adapted materials should identify the original scholarly publication and clearly distinguish the new version from the version of record published by CRoPT. Changes in wording, selection, presentation, interpretation, or context should be identified as appropriate to the nature of the reuse.

翻译或改编作品应注明原始学术出版来源，并明确区分新版本与 CRoPT 正式发表的版本。根据具体再使用性质，应适当说明在措辞、材料选取、呈现方式、解释或语境方面所作的修改。

Preprints and Prior Dissemination / 预印本与先行传播

Authors may disseminate preprints, working papers, conference presentations, or earlier versions of their research where such dissemination complies with applicable institutional, funding, legal, ethical, and contractual requirements.

在符合适用的机构、资助、法律、伦理及合同要求的情况下，作者可以传播预印本、工作论文、会议报告或研究成果的早期版本。

Authors should disclose relevant prior dissemination when submitting a manuscript to CRoPT. Where a previously available version is substantially related to the submission, the relationship should be explained and the manuscript's original contribution should remain identifiable.

作者向 CRoPT 投稿时，应披露相关的先前传播情况。如果公开的早期版本与当前稿件存在实质性关联，应说明两者关系，并使当前稿件的原创学术贡献能够得到识别。

A preprint or public presentation does not automatically constitute formal duplicate publication. Nevertheless, prior dissemination must not be used to conceal an already published equivalent work or to avoid the journal's requirements concerning originality and concurrent submission.

预印本或公开报告并不自动构成正式重复发表。但作者不得利用先行传播掩盖已经正式发表的等同成果，或规避本刊关于原创性与一稿多投的要求。

Following formal publication, authors should update relevant preprint or repository records to identify the final published article and provide its journal citation, DOI, or permanent URL where available.

Repository and Archiving Rights / 知识库与存档权利

CRoPT permits authors to deposit the final published version of record in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic websites, scholarly networks, and other appropriate repositories immediately upon publication. The journal imposes no embargo period on such self-archiving.

CRoPT 允许作者在文章正式出版后，立即将正式出版版本存入机构知识库、学科知识库、个人学术网站、学术网络及其他适当的存储平台。本刊不对上述作者自存档设置禁运期。

Repository copies should be linked to the published record where possible. If a correction, retraction, or expression of concern subsequently affects the article, authors should update associated repository records and provide a link to the relevant notice.

Author self-archiving rights are distinct from the journal's own preservation arrangements. The journal may use appropriate repositories or archival services as described in its Archiving and Preservation Policy, but this provision does not guarantee that every article has been independently deposited in a specific external service.

作者自存档权利与期刊自身的数字保存安排应加以区分。本刊可按照《存档与长期保存政策》使用适当的知识库或档案服务，但本条款不保证每篇文章均已独立存入某一指定外部服务。

Copyright Infringement and Misuse / 版权侵权与不当使用

Authors, rights holders, readers, and other relevant parties may report suspected infringement, unauthorized use of third-party materials, inaccurate rights statements, misleading attribution, privacy violations, or other concerns involving the use of published content.

作者、权利人、读者及其他相关方，可以报告疑似版权侵权、未经授权使用第三方材料、权利声明错误、误导性署名、隐私侵害或其他涉及已发表内容使用的问题。

A report should identify the material concerned, the relevant article or publication, the nature of the alleged problem, and any available supporting documentation. The editorial office may request clarification, consult the appropriate parties, or take relevant editorial or publication action where justified.

问题报告应明确所涉及的材料、相关文章或出版物、疑似问题的性质，以及可获得的支持文件。编辑部可根据情况要求澄清、咨询适当的相关方，或在具有正当依据时采取相应编辑或出版措施。

Where an issue affects the published scholarly record, appropriate correction or other publication-integrity procedures may apply. Reporting a concern does not automatically establish that infringement or misconduct has occurred.

License Information in Published Articles / 文章中的许可信息

Published articles should present copyright ownership and the applicable open-access license clearly. The article page or published full text should enable readers to identify the applicable rights and locate the relevant license terms.

已发表文章应清楚标明版权所有权及适用的开放获取许可。文章页面或正式全文应使读者能够识别相关权利，并找到适用的许可条款。

The wording may be adapted to identify the actual copyright holders and the article's rights information accurately. If a particular article contains third-party materials excluded from the general license, the relevant content should carry an appropriate separate rights or credit statement.

上述文字可根据实际版权所有人及文章权利信息适当调整。如果特定文章包含不受一般许可覆盖的第三方材料，相关内容应附有适当的独立权利声明或来源说明。

License information in the journal's online record, full-text files, and article metadata should be consistent where the relevant fields are available. Any exception to the standard license must be clearly distinguished from the journal's general CC BY 4.0 policy.

在相关字段可用的情况下，期刊在线记录、全文文件及文章元数据中的许可信息应保持一致。对于标准许可的任何例外，均应与本刊一般适用的 CC BY 4.0 政策明确区分。

Policy Updates / 政策更新

CRoPT may revise this Copyright and Licensing Policy when necessary to reflect developments in open-access publishing, applicable law, copyright practices, scholarly dissemination, digital preservation, or journal procedures. Updates should be coordinated with the journal's other published policies to maintain consistent information for authors and readers.

CRoPT 可根据开放获取出版、适用法律、版权实践、学术传播、数字保存或期刊程序的发展，对本《版权与许可政策》作出必要修订。修订内容应与本刊其他已公布政策协调，以维持作者与读者所获信息的一致性。

Policy updates do not, by themselves, cancel rights already granted under an applicable Creative Commons license. Reuse of a particular published work remains governed by its applicable licensing terms and relevant law.

本刊政策的后续更新，本身并不撤销已经依据适用知识共享许可授予的权利。特定已发表作品的再使用仍以其适用的许可条款及相关法律为准。
