Contemporary Review of Political Thought (CRoPT) is an open-access academic journal committed to the dissemination of scholarly knowledge. All published articles are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription fees, mandatory reader registration, or journal-imposed access restrictions.
《当代政治思想评论》（CRoPT）是一份致力于促进学术知识传播的开放获取期刊。本刊所有已发表文章均在正式出版后立即向公众免费、持续开放，读者无需支付订阅费用、无需注册账户，也不受期刊设置的访问限制。
Open Access Statement / 开放获取声明
CRoPT provides immediate open access to its published scholarly content on the principle that making research freely available to readers supports the circulation of knowledge, wider public engagement, and international academic exchange. Access to published articles is not conditional upon institutional subscriptions or individual payments.
CRoPT 秉持学术知识应得到广泛传播的原则，对已发表的学术内容实行即时开放获取，以促进知识流通、公众参与及国际学术交流。读者访问本刊已发表文章，无需机构订阅或个人付费。
Subject to the applicable licence and any separately identified third-party rights, readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of published articles without seeking additional permission from the journal or publisher.
在遵守适用许可协议及另行标明的第三方权利条件下，读者可以阅读、下载、复制、分发、打印、检索及链接已发表文章全文，无需另行向本刊或出版商申请许可。
Copyright and Licensing / 版权与许可
Authors retain copyright in their published articles. Publication in CRoPT does not transfer copyright ownership to the journal or its publisher. Authors grant the journal and publisher the rights necessary to publish, distribute, preserve, and make the article publicly available as the official version of record.

Authors may deposit and share the final published version of record through institutional repositories, disciplinary repositories, personal websites, academic networks, and other appropriate scholarly platforms immediately upon publication.
作者可以在文章正式出版后，立即将最终正式出版版本（Version of Record）存储或分享至机构知识库、学科知识库、个人网站、学术网络平台及其他适当的学术传播平台。
Authors are encouraged to disseminate their published work widely. Repository records and shared copies should identify the article title, author names, journal title, publication year, and DOI or permanent article URL where available, together with the applicable licence information.
本刊鼓励作者广泛传播其已发表研究成果。知识库记录及共享版本应注明文章题名、作者姓名、期刊名称、出版年份、DOI 或永久文章链接（如有），以及适用的许可协议信息。
No Embargo Policy / 无延迟开放政策
CRoPT does not impose an embargo period on published articles. Once an article has been formally published, its full text is made openly accessible without a waiting period. Authors may also deposit the published version of record in appropriate repositories immediately after publication.
CRoPT 不对已发表文章设置开放获取延迟期。文章正式出版后，其全文即向公众开放，无需等待任何禁运期。作者亦可在文章出版后立即将正式出版版本存储于适当的知识库。
Access and Reuse / 访问与再使用
Open access does not remove the obligation to acknowledge the original scholarly work. Readers, researchers, educators, and other users should distinguish their own interpretations or adaptations from the original publication and comply with the attribution requirements and other conditions of the applicable licence.
开放获取并不免除使用者对原始学术成果进行适当署名与引用的义务。读者、研究人员、教育工作者及其他使用者应明确区分原始作品与自身的阐释或改编，并遵守相应许可协议的署名要求及其他适用条件。
Third-Party Materials

Photographs, figures, archival reproductions, translations, datasets, or other third-party materials included in an article may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions. The article's CC BY 4.0 licence does not automatically extend to material explicitly excluded from that licence or protected by separate rights. Users must comply with the applicable conditions and obtain additional permission where necessary.

Reuse must comply with applicable copyright law, privacy and ethical obligations, and standards of academic integrity. Translations, adaptations, or derivative works must not falsely imply endorsement by the original author, the journal, or the publisher.

Article Processing Charges / 文章处理费
CRoPT applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to accepted manuscripts, except for article types expressly exempted under the journal's APC policy. These charges support editorial administration, peer-review coordination, production, online publication, metadata processing, archiving, and the continuing accessibility of published scholarly content.
CRoPT 对正式录用的稿件收取文章处理费（Article Processing Charge，APC），但根据本刊 APC 政策明确豁免的文章类型除外。相关费用用于支持编辑管理、同行评审协调、出版制作、在线发表、元数据处理、存档及已发表学术内容的持续开放访问。
Standard Article Processing Charge / 标准文章处理费

The stated amount includes the base APC and the standard 10% payment processing surcharge. No separate application of the same standard surcharge is required.

Submission, initial editorial assessment, and peer review are free of charge. The APC becomes payable only after formal acceptance and before final publication. Authors should follow the official invoice or payment instructions issued by the editorial office.

APC Exemption: Accepted Book Reviews are exempt from the standard APC. No general waiver is currently offered for other manuscript categories, although the editorial office may determine exceptions in special circumstances.

Additional transaction fees, bank charges, currency conversion costs, or other third-party payment charges may apply and remain the responsibility of the author or payer, as specified in the journal's APC policy. Payment of an APC does not influence editorial or peer-review decisions.
