This issue brings together recent scholarship across law, corporate governance, digital communication, and cultural tourism, engaging with major questions arising from contemporary social governance and institutional transformation. The Chinese-language section addresses the regulatory logic of internet ad-blocking behavior, the theoretical justification and practical pathways of accelerated capital contribution obligations under the time-limited subscription system, and the relationship among presence, immersive experience, and visitor satisfaction in digital cultural tourism settings. The English-language section further expands the international and comparative scope of the issue, covering the legitimacy and procedural efficiency of electronic data examination, equity inheritance and shareholder qualification under Chinese corporate law, the institutional tension between AMLA and FATF standards in anti-money laundering governance, a comparative analysis of criminal procedural rules in the Philippines and China, the mechanism linking museum tourism experiences to visitors’ recommendation intentions, and the evolution and future trajectory of ESG information disclosure for green bonds in China. Taken together, the contributions in this issue reflect the journal’s interdisciplinary orientation at the intersection of law, psychology, and communication studies, while offering both theoretical insight and practical relevance for understanding governance, regulation, and public communication in a rapidly changing world.
