Issue 1

January Issue

The first regular issue of each volume is normally published in January.

每卷第一期通常于每年一月出版。

Issue 2

July Issue

The second regular issue of each volume is normally published in July.

每卷第二期通常于每年七月出版。

Publication Workflow / 出版流程说明

Manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year through the journal’s online submission system. Submissions are first screened by the editorial office for relevance, completeness, formatting, ethical compliance, and suitability for peer review.

Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening may be sent for double-blind peer review. Accepted manuscripts are assigned to a scheduled issue after completion of editorial evaluation, revision, copyediting, production, and final publication checks.

作者可全年通过期刊在线投稿系统提交稿件。稿件经编辑部初审、同行评议、修改、编辑加工、排版制作及出版前检查后，符合条件的录用稿件将安排进入相应期号出版。

Special Issues / 专题期

JLPCS may publish special issues or thematic sections when approved by the editorial office. Special issue calls, deadlines, topics, and publication arrangements are announced separately on the journal website.

本刊可根据编辑部安排发布专题征稿。专题期或专题栏目相关主题、截稿日期、评审安排和出版计划，以期刊官网公告为准。

Volume and Issue Numbering / 卷期编号

JLPCS uses a volume-and-issue structure. Each publication year corresponds to one volume, normally consisting of two regular issues:

No. 1: January issue
No. 2: July issue

本刊采用卷期制。通常每一出版年度对应一卷，每卷包括两个常规期号：第一期为一月刊，第二期为七月刊。

Access to Current and Past Issues / 当前期与过刊访问

Readers may access the current issue and past issues through the journal website. Published articles remain available through the journal’s online archive.

读者可通过本刊官网访问当前期与过刊。已发表文章将通过期刊在线平台持续提供访问。
