JLPCS is a fully open access journal. All published articles are made available online immediately upon publication without subscription fees or access charges.
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits use, distribution, reproduction, and adaptation, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source.
Authors retain copyright of their work and grant JLPCS the right of first publication.
Peer Review & Editorial Process / 同行评议与编辑流程
JLPCS applies a double-blind peer review process to eligible scholarly manuscripts. Both author and reviewer identities are concealed during the evaluation process.
Manuscripts are first assessed by the editorial office for scope, completeness, formatting, ethical compliance, and scholarly suitability. Submissions that pass the initial screening may be sent for external peer review according to the journal’s peer review policy.
Publication Fees / 出版费用
JLPCS applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only to manuscripts that have been formally accepted for publication.
- APC amount: USD 275 per accepted article.
- No fee is charged at submission or during peer review.
- APC payment is requested only after formal acceptance.
- Authors with genuine financial constraints may request a full or partial waiver.
- Waiver requests are considered independently and have no influence on editorial decisions.
Archiving, Discovery & Metadata / 归档、发现与元数据
JLPCS maintains digital journal content through its online publishing platform and provides information on scholarly infrastructure, identifiers, metadata, indexing, discovery, and preservation through its dedicated Indexing, Discovery & Archiving page.
Statements about indexing, abstracting, discovery services, identifiers, and preservation arrangements should be understood according to the scope and function of each listed service. Inclusion in any discovery or metadata service does not by itself imply inclusion in selective citation indexes unless explicitly confirmed by the relevant provider.
