Authors publishing in the Journal of Law, Psychology, and Communication Studies (JLPCS) retain full copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
在《法律·心理学·传播研究学刊》(JLPCS)发表文章的作者保留作品完整版权,并授予本刊首次发表权。已发表文章采用 Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License(CC BY 4.0) 许可发布。
1. Purpose of the Policy / 政策目的
This policy explains copyright ownership, first publication rights, open access licensing, author reuse rights, reader reuse rights, third-party material responsibilities, and procedures for copyright-related concerns.
本政策说明 JLPCS 关于版权归属、首次发表权、开放获取许可、作者复用权利、读者复用权利、第三方材料责任以及版权相关问题处理程序的规定。
2. Copyright Ownership / 版权归属
Authors retain full copyright of articles published in JLPCS. Publication in JLPCS does not require authors to transfer copyright ownership to the journal, publisher, or editorial office.
- Authors remain the copyright holders of their scholarly work;
- Authors retain the right to reuse, share, archive, translate, adapt, and distribute their work under the applicable license;
- Authors grant JLPCS the right of first publication;
- The published version is made available under CC BY 4.0 unless otherwise stated;
- Authors remain responsible for permissions, originality, third-party materials, ethical compliance, and accurate attribution.
作者保留文章完整版权。作者无需将版权转让给 JLPCS、出版方或编辑部,但须同意本刊首次发表,并允许文章按 CC BY 4.0 许可开放传播。
3. Right of First Publication / 首次发表权
By submitting and publishing an accepted manuscript with JLPCS, authors grant the journal the right of first publication. This means that JLPCS is authorized to publish the final accepted article as the version of record on the journal platform.
- The article should be original and not previously published as a journal article;
- The article should not be under consideration elsewhere at the time of submission;
- Prior dissemination, such as conference presentation, working paper, thesis chapter, or preprint, should be disclosed where applicable;
- After publication, authors should cite and link to the JLPCS published version when sharing or reusing the work.
首次发表权意味着 JLPCS 有权将录用稿件作为正式出版版本发布。作者在后续传播和复用文章时,应优先引用 JLPCS 正式发表版本。
4. License Applied to Published Articles / 已发表文章适用许可
Articles published by JLPCS are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), unless a specific item clearly states otherwise.
CC BY 4.0 允许广泛复用文章内容,包括商业和非商业用途,但使用者必须正确署名、标注来源和许可协议,并在改编、翻译或修改时作出说明。
5. Rights Retained by Authors / 作者保留的权利
Authors may reuse and share their published articles, provided that the JLPCS published version is properly cited and the CC BY 4.0 license is acknowledged.
Authors may:
- Share the published article on personal, institutional, departmental, or project websites;
- Deposit the published version in institutional, subject, funder, or public repositories;
- Use the article in teaching, training, conference presentations, research reports, policy briefs, or professional materials;
- Reuse parts of the article in future books, chapters, reports, datasets, lectures, or derivative research with proper citation;
- Translate or adapt the work, while clearly indicating that the new version is a translation or adaptation;
- Permit others to reuse the article under CC BY 4.0, subject to attribution and third-party material restrictions.
作者可自存档、分享、教学使用、后续研究复用、翻译或改编其已发表文章,但应明确引用 JLPCS 正式发表版本,并遵守 CC BY 4.0 和第三方材料限制。
6. Rights of Readers and Users / 读者与使用者权利
Readers and users may reuse JLPCS published articles under CC BY 4.0, provided that the reuse gives appropriate credit and does not misrepresent the original article, author(s), data, legal analysis, findings, or context.
- Users may copy, distribute, print, link, translate, adapt, or build upon the article;
- Users may use the article for research, teaching, policy work, legal analysis, institutional use, professional use, or commercial use;
- Users must provide proper attribution to the author(s), article, journal, source, and license;
- Users must indicate whether changes, excerpts, translations, or adaptations were made;
- Users must respect privacy, confidentiality, third-party rights, ethical restrictions, and legal restrictions.
读者和使用者可在署名和合规条件下广泛复用 JLPCS 文章,但不得歪曲原文含义、伪造作者观点、误导性引用或侵犯第三方权利。
7. Attribution Requirements / 署名要求
Proper attribution is required for any reuse of JLPCS content. Attribution should be clear, accurate, and sufficient for users to locate the original published article.
Attribution should normally include:
- Author name(s);
- Article title;
- Journal title: Journal of Law, Psychology, and Communication Studies;
- Year, volume, issue, page range, or article number where available;
- DOI or stable article link where available;
- License statement: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0);
- Statement indicating whether the material has been modified, translated, adapted, or excerpted.
任何复用均应尽量提供作者、文章题名、期刊名称、出版年份、卷期页码或文章编号、DOI 或稳定链接、许可协议,并说明是否作出修改、翻译、摘录或改编。
8. Third-Party Materials and Permissions / 第三方材料与授权
Authors are responsible for ensuring that any third-party material included in the manuscript can be lawfully published and reused under the relevant license or permission terms.
Third-party materials may include:
- Images, photographs, screenshots, diagrams, maps, charts, tables, figures, or visual materials;
- Survey instruments, psychological scales, interview protocols, coding schemes, or datasets;
- Long text excerpts, translated materials, legal documents, policy documents, institutional records, or archival materials;
- Platform data, social media content, user-generated content, audiovisual materials, or proprietary materials;
- Software code, database content, commercial reports, licensed materials, or unpublished documents.
第三方材料可能不完全受文章 CC BY 4.0 许可覆盖。作者应取得必要授权并在稿件中清楚标注;使用者复用第三方材料前,也应核查图注、来源说明、许可限制和原权利人要求。
9. Author Warranties and Responsibilities / 作者保证与责任
By submitting a manuscript to JLPCS, authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript does not infringe copyright or other rights and that all necessary permissions have been obtained before publication.
- The manuscript must be original and properly cited;
- The manuscript must not contain unauthorized copyrighted material;
- Third-party materials must be used with permission where required;
- Any previously published or disseminated version should be disclosed where relevant;
- Authors must not submit material that violates confidentiality, privacy, data protection, platform terms, or legal obligations;
- Authors must ensure that co-authors, contributors, funders, institutions, and rights holders are properly acknowledged where applicable.
作者须确保稿件不侵犯他人版权、隐私权、保密义务、数据保护要求或第三方许可条件。因第三方材料授权不足导致的问题,作者应承担相应责任。
10. Preprints, Working Papers, and Prior Dissemination / 预印本、工作论文与先前传播
Authors should disclose relevant prior dissemination of the manuscript, including preprints, working papers, conference papers, thesis chapters, reports, or earlier versions posted online.
- Prior dissemination should be clearly disclosed at submission;
- The submitted manuscript should be sufficiently original and developed as a journal article;
- Earlier versions should be cited or acknowledged where appropriate;
- Authors should check whether prior posting, repository terms, funder rules, or third-party rights affect publication;
- Once published, authors should update earlier versions with citation to the JLPCS published article where possible.
先前以会议论文、工作论文、学位论文、报告或预印本形式传播的版本,应在投稿时披露。正式发表后,作者应尽量在先前版本页面补充 JLPCS 正式发表版本信息。
11. Translations, Adaptations, and Derivative Works / 翻译、改编与衍生作品
CC BY 4.0 allows translations, adaptations, and derivative works, provided that the original article is properly credited and changes are indicated.
- Translations should identify the original JLPCS article;
- Adaptations should state that the material has been modified;
- Derivative works should not imply endorsement by the original author(s), JLPCS, or the publisher unless permission has been obtained;
- Translated or adapted legal, policy, psychological, or communication analysis should not misrepresent the original argument;
- Third-party materials included in the original article may require separate permission for translation or adaptation.
使用者可翻译、改编或再创作 JLPCS 文章内容,但必须说明原文来源和修改情况,不得暗示原作者、JLPCS 或出版方认可衍生作品。
12. Text and Data Mining / 文本与数据挖掘
JLPCS supports responsible text and data mining of published open access content under the applicable license, subject to attribution, research integrity, platform stability, privacy, confidentiality, and third-party rights.
- Users should cite the original article and journal when reusing mined content;
- Automated access should not disrupt the journal platform;
- Outputs should not misrepresent the article’s findings, data, legal analysis, or author position;
- Third-party material, sensitive information, or restricted content should not be extracted or reused unlawfully;
- Mining outputs should respect publication ethics and proper attribution.
JLPCS 支持在许可条件下进行负责任的文本与数据挖掘,但使用者应遵守署名、平台稳定、第三方权利、隐私保护和研究诚信要求。
13. Copyright Infringement Concerns / 版权侵权问题
If a copyright holder, author, reader, institution, or other party believes that material published in JLPCS infringes copyright or violates permission terms, the matter may be reported to the JLPCS Editorial Office.
A copyright concern report should include:
- Article title, author name, DOI, issue information, or article URL;
- Description of the allegedly infringing material;
- Identification of the original copyrighted material or rights holder;
- Evidence of ownership, permission restrictions, license terms, or prior publication;
- Specific location of the disputed material in the JLPCS article;
- Contact information of the reporting party or authorized representative;
- Requested action, such as clarification, correction, removal of specific material, restriction, or further review.
版权相关投诉应尽量提供具体证据。编辑部可根据证据、许可条款、作者回应和出版伦理要求决定是否采取更正、说明、限制访问、撤稿或其他措施。
14. Editorial Actions for Copyright Issues / 版权问题的编辑处理
JLPCS may take appropriate action when copyright or permission issues are identified before or after publication.
Possible actions include:
- Requesting clarification or permissions from authors;
- Requesting removal, replacement, or revision of third-party material before publication;
- Adding or correcting attribution, license, permission, or source information;
- Publishing a correction or editorial note after publication;
- Restricting access to specific material where legally required;
- Retracting an article in serious cases involving extensive unauthorized use, plagiarism, or legal risk;
- Contacting institutions, rights holders, publishers, or legal representatives where appropriate.
版权问题可在投稿、审稿、制作或出版后任何阶段处理。处理方式取决于问题性质、证据强度、授权情况、作者回应和对学术记录的影响。
15. APC, Copyright, and Editorial Independence / APC、版权与编辑独立性
Copyright retention and open access licensing do not influence editorial evaluation. Article Processing Charges, waiver requests, copyright status, institutional background, or author payment capacity must not affect editorial screening, peer review, revision decisions, or acceptance decisions.
- There is no fee for submission or peer review;
- APC is requested only after formal acceptance;
- Authors do not transfer copyright as a condition of publication;
- Editorial decisions are based on scholarly quality, journal scope, peer review, ethics, and research integrity;
- Open access licensing does not reduce publication ethics or copyright compliance requirements.
APC、费用减免、版权安排或开放获取许可不得影响编辑决定。稿件是否录用应基于学术质量、期刊范围、同行评议、研究诚信和出版伦理。
