1. Purpose of the Policy / 政策目的
This policy explains how JLPCS provides open access to published scholarly content, how authors retain copyright, how readers and users may reuse published articles, and how the journal separates open access licensing from editorial decision-making.
The policy applies to all peer-reviewed articles and other published scholarly content made available by JLPCS, unless a specific item clearly states a different rights notice because of third-party material, legal restriction, or editorial notice.
